Shipping policy

Please refer to our Dahlia Sale Policy for all details regarding shipping.

Processing: Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Shipping Methods: We use use Canada Post to deliver your order. Shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping: We offer shipping to certain countries outside of Canada. We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or tariffs incurred by shipping to your country.
Delayed Shipments: While we aim for timely delivery, please note that once an order leaves our facility, shipping delays may be caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Email us to confirm your return will be accepted as all of our items are final sale.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping fees, insurance and tracking.
Shipping with a trackable service is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost packages.
